As our business has significantly increased, and we are looking to find another full-time on-site role for a Processor at Sharp Mortgages Inc., located in Jacksonville, FL. The Processor will handle day-to-day tasks of a Mortgage Processor, including analyzing income, handling loan conditions, and managing a high-level customer experience. The role also involves clear communication with clients and colleagues, answering customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

• Strong Communication and exceptional Customer
• Knowledge of basic mortgage processing principles relevant to Fannie man Freddie Mac guidelines
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in the mortgage or real estate industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to title processing are advantageous
