Reporting to the Financial Aid Officer Team Lead, we are hiring a Virtual Financial Aid Officer to join our growing Virtual Financial Aid Office. As our new Virtual Financial Aid Officer, you will independently manage hands-on Title IV financial aid processing for students enrolled in clock-hour programs. You will review FAFSAs, determine and verify eligibility, complete awarding and packaging, process ISIR corrections and disbursements, perform calculations, and complete professional judgments and dependency overrides.

Working across FAME's two service models, you will communicate directly with schools and students, providing responsive support while ensuring financial aid is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with federal student aid requirements.

This is a full-time, remote role based in the United States with working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
