A Top 10 National CPA Firm is conducting a highly selective search for an experienced Transaction Advisory Services Manager to join its 40-person TAS practice on a 100% Remote Basis
.
The team is a leading provider of financial due diligence to middle-market private equity groups and companies offering Manager-level professionals an uncommon combination of high-quality deal exposure, earning potential, work-life balance, and a defined path toward Partnership. If you're already operating at the TAS Manager level and want stronger economics, fewer hours, and a clearer path toward Partner, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
- Total Comp - $168,000 minimum
- Bonus: 20% of Base Salary Minimum - High-performing team members can earn 100%+ of Base Salary in Bonus (Uncapped Bonus Potential)

- 5+ years of Transaction Advisory / Financial Due Diligence experience
- CPA or J.D. required
- Experience with a reputable CPA Firm or specialized Transaction Advisory / Consulting Firm
