As Kpler continues to grow, we are entering the next phase of treasury maturity, focused on strengthening governance, standardising and scaling processes, and increasing automation through systems and technology.

We are seeking a Treasury Specialist to join our Finance team and play a key role in scaling Kpler’s global treasury function. Working closely with the Treasury Manager, you will take ownership of core treasury operations across a global, multi-entity and multi-currency environment, while contributing to the continued development of our processes, controls, systems and ways of working.

This is an experienced individual contributor role, offering a high level of autonomy and ownership. You will act as a key point of expertise across cash and liquidity management, banking operations, forecasting and treasury systems, while also supporting areas such as FX risk management, funding and working capital.

You will have the opportunity to lead defined treasury projects, drive process improvements and work closely with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business. The role is well suited to an experienced treasury professional who is confident in operating independently, enjoys solving problems and wants to contribute to the ongoing maturity of a global treasury function.

• Own and optimise day-to-day treasury operations, ensuring effective cash and liquidity management across a global, multi-entity and multi-currency group.
• Monitor daily cash positions across multiple bank accounts and currencies, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational and strategic needs.
• Prepare and maintain short- and mid-term cash flow forecasts, working closely with FP&A and business teams to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Execute and optimise cash transfers, funding activities, intercompany settlements and other treasury transactions.
• Manage banking operations and relationships, including bank account administration, signatories, documentation and bank account rationalisation.
• Support corporate loans, credit facilities, refinancing activities and related covenant and compliance reporting.
• Support FX risk management activities, including assessing currency exposures and executing FX spot and forward transactions and hedging strategies where applicable.
• Support the development and embedding of treasury policies, procedures, governance and control frameworks, strengthening scalability and audit readiness.
• Own and improve treasury systems and automation initiatives, driving process standardisation, efficiency and scalability across treasury operations.
• Prepare and improve treasury reporting covering cash, liquidity, debt and FX exposures, while supporting audits and maintaining strong documentation and controls.
• Analyse working capital trends and cash utilisation, identifying opportunities to improve liquidity allocation and overall treasury efficiency.
