As the Reverse Mortgage Manager, I’m personally looking to grow our origination team with individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and want to be part of something bigger. • Originate residential mortgage loans including conventional, FHA, VA, reverse mortgages, and non-QM products
• Manage the full loan process from application to close with the support of our in-house operations team
• Build and maintain strong referral partner relationships (realtors, brokers, financial advisors)
• Educate borrowers and ensure a smooth, transparent client experience
• Meet or exceed monthly production goals

• Licensed MLO with NMLS credentials (required)
• 1+ year of mortgage origination experience preferred (open to ambitious newcomers)
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Self-starter mindset with strong follow-through
• Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools
• Bilingual a plus (especially Spanish)
