Cash​/Corporate Accounting Consultant

The Cash/Corporate Accounting Consultant serves as a subject matter expert in mortgage servicing cash management and corporate accounting within ICE Mortgage Technology’s product suite, particularly MSP. The role centers on helping clients use ICE MT tools effectively, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring accurate, timely resolutions related to user interfaces, documentation, and platform functionality.

This is an in‑office role based in Jacksonville, FL;
Provo, UT; or Omaha, NE

Responsibilities

• Support clients using ICE Mortgage Technology software with a focus on cash and corporate accounting functions
• Provide detailed research and analysis specific to client requests, within the environment and workflows
• Professionally communicate status and resolutions with clients, within established time frames
• Act as a liaison between clients and IT teams to define requirements, document needs, and support system enhancements or regulatory changes
• Provide best‑practice consulting on mortgage servicing processes and their impact on integrated systems
• Perform system, integration, and acceptance testing—often using client data—to validate solutions.
• Train clients and internal teams on new features or processes
• Maintain high case‑resolution performance, aiming for first‑call resolution and minimal backlog
• Identify systemic issues, communicate defects/enhancements, and provide status updates
• Document all client interactions thoroughly and leverage knowledge bases and resources effectively

Required Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of funds processing, asset or corporate accounting
• Strong loan servicing experience
• Functional expertise in one or more of the following areas:
  • Payments and reversals
  • Corporate advances
  • Payoffs
  • Suspense management
  • Drafting
  • Lockbox operations
  • Reconciliations
  • FASB accounting rules
  • Daily balancing
  • Curtailments
• Experience in working directly with clients through complex operational and technical workflows
• Analytical, proactive problem‑solving abilities with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, remain composed under pressure, and collaborate across teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Power Point
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions, maintain professionalism and deliver positive client outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in mortgage servicing industry
• Hands on experience with MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform)
