Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator)
As a Healthcare Operations Manager at DaVita, you’ll be part of a team that values work‑life balance and prioritizes personal and professional growth. You will directly impact patient care as the trusted front‑line leader in an outpatient clinic setting. Health care experience is not required.

Requirements- Degree preferred;
Bachelor’s degree in a related area strongly preferred. - Minimum of one year of management experience in healthcare, business, or military, or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) at the discretion of the Division Vice President or Regional Operations Director.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
- Current CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
- Other qualifications and combinations of skills may be considered at the discretion of the ROD and/or DVP.
- Collaboration is essential; you will work with clinical and financial teams daily to produce results aligned with business needs.
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
