PRN House Supervisor RN—Alternate Weekends
This position's schedule will alternate every other weekend.
Responsibilities- Responsible for staffing, implementation and evaluation of nursing care for psychiatric and chemically dependent patients during each designated shift.
- Responsible for operational and programmatic management of the designated shift.
- Assist in the professional growth and development of nursing staff.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies.
- Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems when needed.
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
- Valid license with the Board of Nursing for the State of Florida.
- Prefer three (3) years clinical psychiatric nursing experience with at least one year of supervisory duties.
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university (preferred).
