Position:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Foster connections with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs across various settings (clinic, home, school).
• Monitor client progress and make data‑driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed within our online platform.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience in providing ABA services in clinic, home, and school settings preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Medicaid and Tricare credentialing is a big bonus!

• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out over 1 & 3 months of employment with us
