Job Description: Specialty Pharmacist - Oncology Outpatient Clinic. Join our team as a Specialty Pharmacist focused on oral chemotherapy. You ll work closely with oncology providers, infusion center staff, and nursing to ensure safe, effective, and coordinated cancer care.

• Manage and counsel patients on oral oncology medications.
• Collaborate with infusion/oncology pharmacists to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients on medication adherence, side effects, and safe handling.
• Support compliance with specialty pharmacy accreditation standards.
• Participate in clinical reviews, care planning, and quality improvement.

  Education:
  
  Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm
  
  D).
• Preferred Education: Oncology pharmacy experience, completion of PGY1 residency.
• Required Licensure/
  
  Certifications:
  
  Registered Pharmacist in the state of Florida or eligible to obtain licensure within 90 days of hire/transfer.
• Required Experience: One year pharmacist/intern experience.
• Preferred Experience: Oncology pharmacy experience, completion of PGY1 residency.
• Necessary skills: Attention to detail, strong communication and teamwork, patient education, and supervision of technician staff.
• Supervision: Supervisory responsibility of 3-18 employees.
