Provides pharmaceutical care in coordination with other health care professionals to deliver safe, appropriate and cost effective drug therapy to patients.

• Required: Minimum education required is a B.S. in pharmacy with 2-years work experience OR a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm
  
  D) degree.
• Preferred: An advanced degree (MS, Pharm
  
  D) or residency. Experience in inpatient, or outpatient pharmacy practice. Board Certification by the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties. Previous experience in applicable specialty practice area.

• Eligible for licensure by the Florida Board of Pharmacy.
• BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.

Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. $57.43 - $86.11 / hour

Part Time. Supplemental/PRN, as needed based on staffing.

7:00 am - 10:00 pm. 7-days a week including holidays. Shifts vary in length up to 12-hours. Weekend and holiday rotation.
