Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

• Manage day‑to‑day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met.
• Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity and maintain quality care as residents’ needs change.
• Maintain consistent quality resident care and service delivery throughout all shifts; may assume the role and responsibilities of a Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide to meet residents’ needs and staffing requirements.
• Assist in supervising community‑based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA’s, and Caregivers; provide ongoing training and education to Caregivers, including classroom in‑services and situation‑specific training, and manage associate schedules.
• Oversee medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision/administration in the community; conduct periodic Care Associate medication skills inventory checks and periodic medication audits per Brookdale Guidelines.
• Share on‑call duties as required.

• Education required to obtain a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and a minimum of 1–2 years relevant experience.
• LPN or LVN license.
