• Provide therapy and encouragement to patients following established plans of care
• Help patients use adaptive devices and learn daily living skills
• Support Occupational Therapists with exercises, communication, and care coordination
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with home health standards
• Keep therapy equipment organized and clean
• Participate in care plan meetings and share valuable feedback about patient progress

• Current Florida OTA license (required)
• Experience in home health or therapy settings (preferred but not required)
• Compassionate communicator with strong time management skills
• Comfortable using EMR and basic Microsoft Office tools
• A positive, professional attitude and a genuine desire to help others
