Job Summary
:
* Up to $1,500 Sign on Bonus*. Baptist Medical Center is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join the Outpatient Rehab Team located at Wolfson Children's Mandarin Rehab Clinic.
The Occupational Therapist will support the Wolfson Children’s Hospital Rehab team by working with patients under the age of 18 with a varied caseload. This position requires a candidate with previous experience working with children and previous neuro, ortho and outpatient patient experience.
Job Responsibilities- Evaluates and treats patients with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and medical diagnoses.
- Provides extensive patient/family education.
- Works with multidisciplinary team care.
Active BLS from the American Heart Association and licensure from the FL Department of Health required.
Qualifications- Less than 1 year Orthopedics experience;
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred;
- Developmental experience;
- Neuro experience.
Required:
Bachelor's Degree. Preferred:
Master's Degree.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required;
- Licensed Occupational Therapist Required.
