OverviewPosition is on‑site, Monday–Friday, in Jacksonville, FL.
Join Panoramic Science Division to support clinical research studies in CKD and related fields.
Responsibilities- Read and understand assigned research protocols; prescreen patients; train site staff.
- Drive enrollment to meet contractual targets using EMR; obtain and document informed consent per ICH/GCP and site SOPs; enter data timely and accurately (ALCOA).
- Prepare for monitoring visits: organize source documents; resolve outstanding items; maintain logs, temperature, accountability logs.
- Ongoing study oversight: plan subject visits, avoid protocol deviations, coordinate space/resources, report adverse events to IRB and Sponsor, dispense/collect investigational product, collect and process specimens, complete CRFs, maintain data accuracy.
- Perform other duties as required, assigned, or requested.
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Nursing or Health Science preferred. - Minimum 2 years’ experience as a clinical research coordinator.
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish).
- Therapeutic area experience in CKD, nephrology, or vascular access is a plus.
- Knowledge and adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), IATA and FDA regulations.
- Ability to perform basic clinical procedures such as blood work, vitals, height, weight, ECG.
- Travel to investigator meetings or other study locations is expected; may include overnight stays.

CompensationSalary range: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year.
