Job Details

  • Pay: $16-21/hr + monthly bonus opportunity
  • Location: West Jacksonville, FL (Training and onboarding at 5960 Beach Boulevard Unit 1 Jacksonville, FL)
  • Schedule: Full Time, In Person

Responsibilities

  • You will act as the face of our retail clinics and ensure a positive patient experience while helping the clinic achieve revenue goals.
  • Welcome all patients and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls (50–75 per day).
  • Schedule and confirm all patient appointments.
  • Process PPI Intake.
  • Collect and verify medical insurance information.
  • Order and receive office supplies.
  • Process payments.
  • Manage hearing aid supplies inventory.
  • Maintain office cleanliness.
  • Uphold and maintain all HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable using technology, including scheduling software and EMR systems.
