Travel RN - Labor & Delivery

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Florida requiring BLS, ACLS, and fetal monitoring certification.

Job Details

• Work in an LDRPN (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum, Nursery) hospital unit,

• Night shift schedule from 18:45 to 07:15,

• Every other weekend shift requirement,

• 13-week contract assignment,

Job Requirements

• Active FL or Compact RN license with Nursys verification,

• Minimum of 1 year recent Labor & Delivery RN experience,

• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA) required,

• Fetal monitoring certification required (AWHONN, Relias, or other program within the past 2 years if not covered on competency exam),

• NRP certification from AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics required,

• Must provide a US Social Security Number and US home address,

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include providing comprehensive care for mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and the postpartum period,

• Travelers are supported by the existing clinical team within the LDRPN unit,

• All candidates can only apply to one position within the health system at a time,

• Local candidates are accepted but may receive a reduced rate according to the facility's radius rule,

• COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this role,
