Patient Care Technician
Job Requirements
Our Patient Care Technicians provide high‑quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as End‑Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). As a PCT you will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording statistics, initiating cannulation, observing patients, and setting up the hemodialysis machine. Our PCTs combine technical skill with genuine passion to build deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life.
No experience required – training provided.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
- Experienced PCTs must hold current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO (or other state‑approved certification).
- Experienced PCTs must also have current BLS/CPR certification.

- $21.69 - $28.80 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
