Responsibilities
This opportunity is for a FT COOK in our Dietary department.
The Cook is responsible for the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch and dinner meals for patients and facility staff according to the approved menu cycle and production sheets, the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and the monitoring of kitchen aides for the cleaning of the dining room, filling out of all temperature logs they are responsible for daily, ensure the removal of all trash, completing a thorough walk through of all dietary spaces prior to clocking out for the day.
To ensure frozen products for the next day have been moved into the walk in refrigerator.
Must have an 8th grade education or higher and at least 6 months related commercial experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
