• Deliver a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address clients’ specific needs
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend ongoing wellness strategies
• Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with medical terminology standards
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize pain management and occupational health strategies
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients, adhering to industry sanitation standards
• Stay current with advancements in massage therapy techniques and integrate new practices into client care

• Valid license as a Massage Therapist from an accredited licensing board
• Proven experience as a massage therapist with a strong background in patient service and assessment
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
• Skilled in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively
• Familiarity with occupational health principles and practices for workplace wellness programs
• Prior experience in therapeutic setting or pain management environment is highly desirable
