Role:
Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead, focusing on operational support for an oncology mRNA-based neoantigen therapy for early-stage melanoma, preparing for U.S. launch.
Responsibilities:- lead onboarding and site readiness
- deliver process-focused education
- serve as operational SME
- troubleshoot issues through cross-functional coordination
- build stakeholder relationships
- optimize site workflows using data insights
- Bachelor's degree
- at least 5 years in healthcare or life sciences (e.g., provider operations, account management)
- strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem
- experience implementing complex therapy workflows
- excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- experience with advanced therapies (cell, gene, radioligand), oncology workflows, and large oncology systems.
High-value specifics: field-based, customer-facing, non-promotional role, responsible for treatment sites in Florida, with ~50% travel.
Work setup: remote with significant travel.
