Certified HHA​/CNA

Concierge Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for one‑on‑one home care in West Jacksonville and surrounding areas
.

We have an ongoing morning client in the 32221 area plus additional PRN and recurring client opportunities throughout Jacksonville.

• Monday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–11:00 AM
• 11 hours per week
• Ongoing recurring schedule

Additional hours may be available with other Jacksonville clients based on caregiver availability and location.

• $18–$22 per hour
• Weekly pay
• W-2 employment
• Recurring and PRN schedules
• One‑on‑one home care
• Opportunity to work with additional local clients
• $100 bonus opportunity for designated qualifying clients/hours

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care
• Companionship
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Mobility and safety assistance

• Active Florida CNA license OR Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved school
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Social Security card
• Current CPR certification
• Health statement completed within the past 6 months stating “Free of Communicable Diseases”
• Ability to meet AHCA/FL Clearinghouse Level 2 background screening requirements

• 2-hour Alzheimer's
• 1-hour HIV/AIDS
• 2-hour Assistance with Self-Administered Medication
• Required Florida Elder Affairs training
