We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CFY) to join a supportive school district in Jacksonville, NC.This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career inspeech-language pathology while gaining hands-on experience underthe guidance of an experienced, ASHA-certified SLP. In this role,you’ll provide speech and language therapy to students while developing clinical skills in a real-world educational setting. • Deliver speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed, ASHA-certified SLP, in accordance with the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) goals
• Assist in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language,communication, and swallowing disorders as outlined in students’ IEPsor treatment plans
• Apply evidence-based intervention strategies and adjust therapy techniques under clinical supervision to meet individual student needs
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and school teams to support student communication goals across settings
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of services provided,student progress, and required clinical reports
• Uphold ASHA’s Code of Ethics and adhere to Clinical Fellowship guidelines for professional and clinical growth

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Eligibility for state licensure as a Clinical Fellow(temporary/provisional licensure if required)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Completion of graduate-level clinical practicum (nopost-graduate experience required)
