Laboratory Technician FTWe are seeking a motivated and dependable
** Laboratory Technician
** to support our clinical team at our free-standing emergency room hospital. This role involves assisting with basic laboratory tasks, specimen collection, and supporting laboratory operations to ensure efficient patient care in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience or training in laboratory procedures is a plus, but no degree is required.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Collect and prepare specimens such as blood, urine, and other bodily fluids following established protocols.
* Assist with basic laboratory testing under supervision, including preparing samples and operating simple lab equipment.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory area and equipment.
* Follow safety and infection control procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
* Record and document laboratory activities accurately.
* Support inventory management of supplies and reagents.
* Communicate effectively with clinical staff to provide timely assistance.
* Follow instructions and protocols provided by licensed laboratory personnel.
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.

* Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Prior experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting is required.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
