Role Overview: As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support to residents, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. You will follow individualized service plans, document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage residents through conversation and activities to enhance well-being
- Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with families and care team members
- Create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings
- High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
The role offers a pay range of $15.21 - $19.01, with benefits including:
