Description:
Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy.
Traveler is expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.
The department features 3 CT machines.
Number of staff includes 4 for days, 3 for evenings, and 2 for nights.
The typical patient care team includes 3 CT Techs and 1 Tech Assistant on day shift.
The night shift consists of 1 CT Tech and 1 Tech Assistant.
The unit utilizes GE 64 slice equipment such as VCT, Optima, and Revolution.
Electronic medical records are managed using Meditech.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of CT experience in a hospital setting.
Preferred candidates will have trauma hospital experience.
The typical procedures performed include all CT exams except cardiac CT.The best personality fit is caring, flexible, helpful, and possesses problem-solving abilities.
There may be opportunities to pick up weekend shifts.
