• Hire, train, manage and coach approximately 3 to 10 Event Planning/Event Sales Managers.
• Serve group business and sell local events.
• Act as the second in command in the Event department.
• Supervise part of the Event department, typically Event Concierge, Administrative Assistants or Trainees.
• Carry and achieve sales quota and service groups.

• True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in general computer knowledge.
• 3 years in Hotel Event Sales and/or Event Planning.
• CMP Certified preferred.
• Desire for future Event Leadership growth and development.
• Prefer a four year hospitality degree or equivalent experience.
• Engaged team player, focused on individual as well as team goals and results.
