Job Description

HOSPITAL VALET ATTENDANT - Full-time. Monday - Friday. AM & PM shift flexibility. $13/hour plus tips. Eligible for benefits including health insurance, life insurance, and 401k.

Elite Parking Services of America is searching for our next star! In this position, you will assist clients with their vehicles using a proven service model that we will teach you. No experience necessary. Flexibility in schedule is a plus. Must have a driver's license for more than a year with a clean driving record. Must agree to a background check and drug screen.

Summary / Objective

Valets are responsible for providing efficient, courteous, and friendly service to patrons utilizing the valet service. Valet Parking Attendants are responsible for performing damage inspections, greeting customers, parking and retrieving vehicles, organizing vehicles and keys, and managing the parking area (directing traffic, delineators, etc.).

Essential Functions

• Ability to remain upright throughout an entire shift.
• Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with guests.
• Ability to operate motor vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Organizational skills to ensure keys are easy to retrieve and vehicles are easy to locate.
• Ability to move quickly to reduce guest wait times.
• Knowledge of the area to answer guest questions.
• Communication skills to interact with other Valets and provide instructions to guests.
• Ability to move heavy objects to aid in loading and unloading guests.
