Banquet Server – The River Club of Jacksonville

We are seeking a dedicated Banquet Server to provide exceptional dining service in a premier hospitality setting. The role requires attentiveness, professionalism, and teamwork.

• Ensure all side work is complete before opening.
• Prepare tables: clean and arrange glass, silverware, salt/pepper shakers, chairs, flowers; maintain tablecloth crisp.
• Attend pre‑shift meeting to learn daily specials and other information.
• Greet members and guests immediately with a smile.
• Guide guests through their dining experience, communicating frequently.
• Coordinate with Banquet Captain or Operations Manager regarding closing.
• Maintain station cleanliness throughout service.
• Check out with staff before leaving.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support quality member service.
• Take monthly inventory of china, glass, and silverware when assigned.
• Complete in‑house cleaning assignments to maintain operational standards.
