Sodexo Magic is seeking a polished and service-driven Food and Beverage Supervisor to help lead daily operations in one of the most premium airport lounges in the country. This is an ideal role for individuals with fine dining or upscale hospitality experience who are ready to bring high standards and team leadership to a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Successful candidates must be able to pass a TSA background check and drug test.

Prior Hospitality Experience Required, Food Service preferred.

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Open Availability, Weekends are Required.

• Lead and support a team of front- and back-of-house employees, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail.
• Oversee daily food and beverage operations, including buffet service, cleanliness, inventory, and guest satisfaction.
• Train, guide, and motivate team members to uphold service, safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP, allergy protocols, etc.).
• Support scheduling, shift coverage, and hands-on service as needed.
• Foster a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Assist with onboarding and continued training for staff.

• 1+ year of supervisory experience in hospitality or food service; fine dining or premium environment preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in high-traffic settings.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and operational best practices.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using basic computer systems.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to pass all airport security/background checks.
