Southeast Orthopedic Specialists, the Premier Musculoskeletal Practice in Northeast Florida is looking for a driven and experienced Corporate Healthcare Recruiter to play a pivotal role in growing our team with exceptional talent. This role will be a hybrid role, onsite at least 2 days per week in our Central Business Office, in Jacksonville, FL. (Near 95 and Butler Blvd).
What You’ll Be Doing- Partner with Purpose – Work side-by-side with our Senior Leadership Team and Hiring Directors to understand their unique staffing needs and craft smart, effective recruiting strategies.
- Own the Process – Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from start to finish—ensuring a smooth and professional experience for everyone involved.
- Drive Talent Campaigns – Collaborate with the HR team to build powerful employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives that attract top talent.
- Find Hidden Gems – Proactively source exceptional candidates (passive and active) across multiple platforms—job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Spot the Best Fit – Review resumes, conduct engaging initial interviews, and assess both qualifications and cultural alignment.
- Champion Culture – Go beyond the resume to ensure candidates are not only skilled— but also a strong cultural fit for our team.
- Streamline the Experience – Manage the entire interview process: from scheduling and prep to feedback collection and debriefs—creating a consistent, high-quality candidate journey.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical recruiting
- At least 2 years’ experience in the local (Jacksonville/St. Augustine) market
- High School Diploma required, bachelor’s degree a plus
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Ulti Pro/UKG) and other recruitment tools.
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing a plus.
