Corporate Healthcare Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a driven and experienced Corporate Healthcare Recruiter to play a pivotal role in growing our team with exceptional talent. In this high‑impact role, you’ll shape the future of our workforce by identifying top candidates, creating an outstanding candidate experience, and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet critical staffing needs.

This hybrid role is onsite at least 2 days per week in our Central Business Office, Jacksonville, FL (Near 95 and Butler Blvd).

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Partner with Senior Leadership and hiring directors to understand staffing needs and craft smart recruiting strategies.
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, interviewing, to onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Collaborate with HR to build employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives that attract top talent.
  • Proactively source exceptional candidates across job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess qualifications and cultural alignment.
  • Champion a strong cultural fit beyond resume skills.
  • Manage the interview process: scheduling, prep, feedback collection, and debriefs, creating a high‑quality candidate journey.
What We Are Looking For
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical recruiting.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the Jacksonville/St. Augustine market.
  • High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree a plus.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Ulti Pro/UKG) and other recruitment tools.
  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing a plus.
