Stellar is seeking a seasoned, highly motivated recruiter to join our growing corporate team. This role is ideal for a relentless talent hunter who thrives on finding and engaging high-performing construction professionals, including Superintendents and field leadership, and who takes pride in bringing in talented employees who stay and grow within the company.

If you are energized by the challenge of identifying hard-to-find talent, building long-term pipelines, and directly impacting the success of a Stellar construction company, this role was built for you.

• Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates using creative, persistent, and strategic outreach methods
• Building and maintaining long-term talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partnering closely with hiring managers and project leadership to deeply understand role requirements, culture fit, and long-term success factors
• Act as an ambassador for the company, with a professional candidate experience
• Screen, interview and assess candidates with a focus on quality, longevity and performance - not just speed to fill
• Track recruiting activity and hiring outcomes to continuously improve results

• 5-10 years of recruiting experience, preferably within construction, engineering or skilled trades
• Demonstrated success recruiting Superintendents or similar construction leadership roles
• A proven ability to identify, pursue and close passive candidates
• Exceptionally self-motivated, disciplined and resilient
• Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders
• Ideal candidates will work in-person at our Jacksonville corporate campus, which offers onsite benefits, including a fitness center and nutrition center
