Job ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Core HR to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Payroll modules and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. As a Payroll Business Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, analyze business processes, test execution, and ensure the successful implementation and integration of Oracle HCM Payroll solutions.
WhatYou'll Do:
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to payroll processes and systems.
- Process Analysis: Analyze existing HR processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Solution Design: Design Oracle HCM HR solutions based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company policies.
- Implementation Support: Collaborate with technical teams during the implementation phase to configure, test, and deploy Oracle HCM HR solutions.
- User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and systems functionalities.
- System Maintenance: Proactively monitor and maintain Oracle HCM HR systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of HR processes, configurations, and system updates.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure HR processes and systems comply with regulatory requirements and company security policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with specialization in Oracle HCM HR Core modules.
- Strong understanding of employee life‑cycle tasks, workflows, security setup, and integrations.
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud HR implementation and support including payroll costing and configuration.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification.
- Experience with other Oracle HCM modules such as Compensation, Recruiting, Integrations, Reporting, Workflow, etc.
