• Support the setup and operation of transformation management structures (TMO, VMO, EPMO).
• Collaborate with client and EY teams to design and deliver business and solution architecture frameworks.
• Contribute to product and program road mapping, maturity assessments, and value tracking.
• Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of innovative solutions.
• Participate in the delivery of complex technical initiatives and transformation programs.
• Travel as needed to support client engagements.

• Strategic Transformation leadership with TMO/PMO oversight, Agile Program Management (SAFe, Scrum).
• Expertise in risk and resource management, operating model design, governance model development, change management.
• Strong capabilities in business case development, storytelling, advanced data modeling, value realization.
• Budget ownership and maintenance for projects exceeding $1M.
• Technology strategy and implementation, including AI, LLM, RPA, ERP (SAP/Cloud).
• Advanced knowledge of performance management, process improvement, portfolio strategy, cost optimization.
• Leadership and collaboration: leading cross‑functional teams, C‑suite advisory, executive communications.
• Strategic and analytical attributes: quality and risk focus, initiative, tool proficiency, data‑driven decision making.
• Personal attributes: strong communication, proactive problem‑solving, adaptability, strong storytelling.

• A bachelor’s degree (advanced degree is a plus).
• At least 2 years of client‑facing consulting experience, preferably in professional services.
• Exposure to business process documentation, solution architecture, product and portfolio management.
• Experience supporting transformation initiatives, e.g., TMO/EPMO setup.
• Familiarity with change management and delivery methodologies.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and digital fluency.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel (estimated 60–80%).

• A degree in Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, or Business.
• ERP or AI/Data Fabric implementation or central data office experience.
• Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile credentials.
• Sector experience in TMT, PE, Industrials & Energy, P&U, Media & Entertainment, Consumer & Health.
• Experience supporting pursuit efforts and RFP responses.
• Professional services client‑facing consulting experience.
• Effective stakeholder engagement skills.
