Brooksource is looking to bring on a small team of recent college graduates to join one of our Fortune 1000 clients in Jacksonville, FL! This team will be part of a collaborative group supporting enterprise insurance platforms and business-critical systems as part of Brooksource’s Elevate Program.

Elevate is Brooksource’s national associate-level consulting program that helps clients rejuvenate their workforce with a new wave of talent. In this role, you will work alongside senior Business Systems Analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to support and enhance the Guidewire Billing Center platform. This opportunity provides exposure to enterprise insurance systems, real‑world business processes, and high‑visibility initiatives. • Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field
• Hands‑on experience, education, or academic projects involving:
• Business process analysis
• Requirements gathering
• Workflow documentation
• Basic understanding of:
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Version control or change management concepts
• Familiarity with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Exposure to data analysis concepts (Excel, SQL basics, or data validation activities)
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn complex business systems

• Exposure to Guidewire platforms or enterprise insurance systems
• Familiarity with Gosu or other object‑oriented languages

• Working for a well‑known, national Fortune 1000 company
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise platforms like Guidewire Billing Center
• Exposure to high‑level business and IT professionals

Candidate must be currently a senior studying MIS, Information Systems, Business, or a related field or recently graduated, with:

• A graduation date in Fall, Spring, or Summer of 2024/2025
• An interest in insurance technology, business analytics, or enterprise applications
• The ability to work or relocate to Jacksonville, FL
• The ability to provide your own transportation to/from work every day
• Authorization to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship now or in the future
