Azure Solution Architect​/Delivery Architect

Solutions Architect

Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid 4/1)
Duration: 6 Months+
Compensation: $80- $85/hr W2
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S

We are seeking an experienced Azure Solution Architect with a strong background in building integrations and solution delivery. Ideal candidates will have prior experience with Dynamics and be able to quickly learn and apply enterprise architecture patterns and standards to drive delivery teams toward successful outcomes.

• Lead the design and delivery of Azure cloud-native solutions with a strong integration focus.
• Provide delivery planning, execution oversight, and ensure compliance with architectural and Info Sec standards.
• Apply end-to-end design thinking and critical problem-solving to complex business and technical challenges.
• Proactively identify risks and take action to mitigate them.
• Collaborate across teams and flex communication style to effectively engage developers, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
• Drive adherence to enterprise-level standards and patterns throughout delivery.
• Guide delivery teams in implementing pre-defined solutions and ensuring successful execution.

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with emphasis on Azure cloud-native solutions.
• Strong delivery leadership and planning skills with experience in enterprise-level environments.
• Background in Microsoft Dynamics is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to adapt messaging for both technical and executive audiences.
• Business acumen with the ability to align technical solutions to organizational goals.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk mitigation.
• Familiarity with EA and Info Sec standards in Azure environments.

• Strong Software Development - advanced knowledge in multiple of the following:
  Microsoft .NET, .Net Core, C# and Key Frameworks;
  Microsoft Azure Components & Architecture; AWS Components & Architecture; SQL / DBA Technologies;
  Web Services / SOA / SSO Technologies;
  Messaging technologies; API technologies;
  Github / Jenkins; CI/CD Development;
  Architecture knowledge.
• Must have experience with delivering cloud-based solutions (private and public).
• Troubleshooting skills - advanced level required to troubleshoot solution across both software and infrastructure components.
• Stays informed of current industry trends and emerging insights and keeps skills current with modern technologies and tools.
• Domain Knowledge in Software Development and Software Design.
• Must have experience/background with systems integration.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, and/or 10 years related experience in an IT discipline.
• Must have 7+ years application development experience.
• Must be able to assist/coordinate vendor management activities.
• Must have proven track record of out-of-the-box thinking.
• Oversees and directs technical staff activities (design to implementation / warranty).
• Evaluates business requirements and high-level designs for delivering proper solutions.
• Systems analysis design and debugging of new systems / integrations.
• Escalation of issues or options and facilitates technical sessions with resolution.
• Skilled with knowledge transfers.
• Ability to support and troubleshoot complex integrations and data components.
• Works with geographically dispersed teams.
