EY is seeking a Senior Data Architect with a strong understanding of data and technology, complemented by a solid track record of delivery. This individual will lead the design, development, and management of our clients’ data architectures, ensuring scalable, effective, and secure data solutions that align with business objectives and support data imperatives. • Define and execute key deliverables
• Manage project statuses and track deliverable completion
• Engage with clients daily and support sales opportunities
• Create, design and manage data structures to effectively store and retrieve information.
• Design and implement data ecosystems to meet specific organizational requirements.
• Define standards and principles for how data is organized and accessed within an organization.
• Ensure smooth data flow between different systems by designing and implementing data pipelines.
• Establish policies and procedures to manage data quality, access control, and compliance.
• Implement measures to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access or breaches.
• Identify and understand business needs to design appropriate data solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and IT teams) to define data requirements, design solutions, and implement data architectures that align with our clients’ objectives.
• Organize and lead workshops and design sessions with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and cross-functional partners, to capture requirements, understand use cases, personas, key business processes, brainstorm solutions, and align on data architecture strategies and projects.
• Hands on logical and physical data modelling – design, develop, and maintain data models and data pipelines.
• Conduct data modelling and design reviews, striving for improved usability and efficiency.
• Design blueprints for data extraction and basic transformations.
• Write SQL scripts and stored procedures, optimize and tune SQL queries for performance and efficiency.
• Design, implement and maintain data security and access controls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
• Participate in presentations and proposals for highly complex projects.
• Apply broad policies and personal knowledge to guide decisions
• Resolve complex issues with in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Demonstrate digital proficiency and outcome orientation
