• Lead the design and development of Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) systems and related approaches
• Drive hands‑on technical execution for high‑impact projects, reviewing architectures and experimentation plans
• Establish best‑practice pipelines for human feedback and partner with internal teams to define feedback protocols
• Define and track success metrics for RLHF systems, balancing evaluation methods and business outcomes
• Collaborate with various leaders to ensure RLHF solutions are aligned with strategy and integrated into workflows

• Doctorate degree and 3 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Master’s degree and 5 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience
• Associate’s degree and 12 years of experience
• High school diploma/GED and 14 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• Deep, hands‑on expertise in RLHF and advanced reinforcement learning
• Demonstrated experience deploying RLHF systems into production for real‑world applications
• Strong background in modern machine learning with practical experience in Python and frameworks like PyTorch or Tensor Flow
• Experience collaborating with non‑technical stakeholders and translating needs into impactful AI solutions
• Familiarity with responsible AI, safety, and governance in regulated environments, particularly in healthcare or biotech
