• Evolve and lead the enterprise AI Governance Framework, ensuring responsible and compliant AI use
• Develop and maintain AI risk management lifecycle aligned with regulatory expectations

• Establish metrics for AI adoption and drive process improvements for business impact
• Represent the enterprise at external conferences and foster partnerships for best practices

• 10+ years of experience in risk management, governance, compliance, AI/ML, or enterprise technology leadership roles
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, risks, and operational processes
• Proven expertise in regulatory and ethical aspects of AI, including privacy and data security
• Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels and driving cross‑functional alignment
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field required

• Experience in healthcare, financial services, or other highly regulated industries
• Proven success in building enterprise‑scale governance or risk programs
• Strategic thinker with the ability to operationalize frameworks into practical workflows
