Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Data Engagement & Outreach Specialist. The Specialist is responsible for leveraging data-driven strategies to enhance community engagement, improve outreach efforts, and support organizational goals. This role involves analyzing engagement metrics, developing outreach initiatives, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret engagement data from various sources (email, social media, surveys, events). Develop dashboards and reports to track outreach effectiveness. Identify trends and insights to optimize engagement strategies.
• Community Outreach & Engagement: Design and implement outreach campaigns based on data insights. Coordinate events, webinars, and digital engagement initiatives. Build relationships with stakeholders, partners, and community members. Develop targeted messaging strategies to improve engagement. Collaborate with marketing teams to create outreach materials. Monitor and optimize communication channels (email, SMS, social media).
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Support: Work closely with internal teams to align outreach efforts with organizational goals. Provide training and support on data-driven engagement strategies. Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical outreach practices.
• Data Management & Reporting: Organize and clean data from engagement surveys, communication channels, and stakeholder feedback. Structure reports that highlight key findings and suggest actionable improvements. Present data insights using visual dashboards and structured documentation.
