Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns and strategies. This role involves coordinating various online marketing activities to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement. The Digital Marketing Specialist collaborates and communicates with the design team and other Marketing employees to develop unique content for social media, including email marketing, video production, and advertisements.

The Digital Marketing Specialist ensures social media goals are met by using analytics to improve social media strategy.

  • Develops effective relationships with key client contacts; collaborates with the Sales Directors to provide support to maintain and/or grow accounts.
  • Collaborates with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with CSI Companies’ goals and target audience. Execute strategies across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Managing, planning, implementing, and monitoring cross-channel digital marketing campaigns that align with CSI Companies’ business goals and maximizes engagement and reach.
  • Collaborates with the content creators to produce engaging materials for digital campaigns. Monitors campaign performance, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for optimization.
  • Performing in-depth data analysis to optimize campaign performance and turns data into actionable insights.
  • Develops compelling email content, segment audiences, manage subscriber lists, and analyze campaign performance. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, such as GDPR or CAN-SPAM.
  • Conducting A/B testing for email and landing pages.
  • Conducts research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor strategies. Stays updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques. Provide insights and recommendations based on market research findings.
  • Stays updated with emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Shares knowledge and implements innovative strategies to enhance digital marketing initiatives.
  • Managing SEO efforts, updating website content through a Content Management System (CMS), and monitoring search rankings.
  • Presenting insights and strategies to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Monitoring digital marketing trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborating with other departments to integrate digital marketing with overall business strategies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2-4 years of sales or recruiting experience, with staffing industry experience a plus.
  • Understands the fundamentals of digital marketing and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing channels, such as social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, etc.)
  • Proficiency with email marketing tools, web analytics tools (Google Analytics), and creative design tools such as Canva and Adobe.
  • Strong skills in creating and managing digital content across multiple channels. This includes developing engaging written and visual content, understanding content strategy and planning, and ensuring consistency in brand messaging and tone.
  • Proficiency in Linked In Advertising, Google Advertising and GA4.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics to track performance and optimize strategies for improved engagement and growth.
  • Understands email marketing best practices, including list segmentation, copywriting, design, and automation. Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools to effectively execute email campaigns and drive desired outcomes.
