• Consultants will serve as trainers for the First Citizens Bank-Equipment Finance division of the bank. Consultants will train Associates on existing computer application systems INFOLEASE, PEGA, and Salesforce applications.

• Consultants will serve as trainers for the First Citizens Bank-Equipment Finance division of the bank. Consultants will train Associates on existing computer application systems NFOLEASE, PEGA, and Salesforce applications

Purpose of Requisition:

• Client is consolidating Equipment Finance (EF) operations into one EF organization. Presently, EF Associates employ different computer applications to perform like functions. This project will train EF Associates to perform work employing computer applications across the organization. Consultants will be required to train Associates to perform actions using INFOLEASE 9, PEGA, FLEX, SALESFORCE and other associated business software applications. Consultants will develop training content and deliver training to new system users.

Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Consultant to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for our finance professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of computer-based applications, exceptional instructional design skills, and a proven ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
• As a Training Consultant, you will be part of a team that conducts needs assessments to identify skill gaps, creating engaging training materials, including presentations, workbooks, and interactive exercises, and facilitating both in-person and
• virtual training sessions on a wide range of financial topics.
• You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts within Equipment Finance to ensure accuracy and relevance of content, and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making data-driven improvements.
• Furthermore, you will serve as a resource for ongoing learning and development,providing support and guidance to associates seeking to enhance their career potential. A strong commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization is essential.

The successful candidate will perform the following duties:

• Deliver live in-person training to groups of 20-30.
• Design and Develop training materials using computer-based training software.
• Quickly learn company's existing use of INFOLEASE, FLEX and PEGA.
• Quickly learn company's existing use of Asset Management computer application (AMG).
• Quickly learn project high level objectives.
• Attend all required project related meetings.
• Assess and analyze all product deliverables for impact on business.
• Determine and recommend training topics.
• Work under the supervision of the Learning and Development team to ensure best delivery to business.

Must have:

• Experience with live in-person training.
• Experience with INFOLEASE
• Located in Jacksonville Florida Tuesday-Thursday. No travel reimbursement.
• Position will require to travel to Raleigh, NC. Travel expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with FCB travel policy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to English speaking audience.
