  • Partner with business leads to scope, plan, and prioritize projects.
  • Ensure all project objectives, requirements, and quality standards are met.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Write clear, actionable user stories with well‑defined acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor project status, follow up on blockers, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Act as the communication bridge between development teams and the broader business.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
  • Work with leadership to translate future initiatives into structured, actionable project roadmaps.
  • Coordinate user documentation, training materials, and implementation guides for successful rollout.
  • Support quarterly and annual roadmap planning and maintenance.
  • Use JIRA to manage dashboards, reports, backlogs, epics, stories, and prioritization.
  • Track and report KPIs to measure project health and performance.
  • Apply industry best practices and standards throughout project execution.
Required Skills & Abilities
  • Strong understanding of IT practices, processes, and systems.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate a wide variety of software tools and applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Experience collaborating with software developers, engineers, or other technical teams.

  • Exceptional organizational and decision‑making skills; comfortable in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Deep familiarity with project management tools, agile methodologies, and best practices.
  • Hands‑on experience with agile frameworks, including Scrum.
  • Experience managing projects through the full software development life cycle.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure performance and outcomes.
  • High emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal skills, and resourcefulness.
  • Confident presenter with the ability to clearly explain technical topics.
  • Ability to work with developers to estimate timelines for complex solutions.

  • Steady, positive leadership—especially under pressure—with a can‑do attitude.
Education & Experience

  • PMP, CAPM, or CSPO certifications are a plus.
