Overview

Responsible for assisting with analysis, maintenance, documentation, testing, training, implementation and support of People Soft system operations.

• Required
  
  Education:
  
  Associate's Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
• Necessary

• Critical Thinking – Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Time Management – Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and coordinate work across diverse teams globally, including vendors that support SCS business functions.
• Troubleshooting – Determination of root cause errors and appropriate resolution decision making.
• Active Listening – Giving full attention to what other people are describing or trying to relate as it pertains to system issues. Taking the time to understand points being made, asking questions and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
• Required Experience: 1-2 years People Soft Healthcare Information Technology
• Preferred Experience: 3-5 years of Academic Medical Center Supply Chain experience
