US Tech - Technical Business Analyst Manager

Position: Technical Business Analyst Manager – Full time, up to 20% travel.
At PwC, our software and product innovation team focuses on cutting‑edge solutions. In this role you will analyse and interpret data to provide strategic insights, lead teams, coach members, and drive client engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop requirements and user stories from product roadmaps.
- Supervise, develop, and coach teams to deliver high‑quality work.
- Manage client service accounts and drive engagement work streams.
- Solve and analyze complex problems independently.
- Perform phases of application systems analysis.
- Translate business requirements into fitting deliverables.
- Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Collaborate with business and product owners to clarify objectives.
- High School Diploma (required).
- At least 4 years of progressive experience managing IT system/software development and project management processes.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate findings.
- Experience with Agile and scrum practices.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and coaching.
- Knowledge of business analysis techniques.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, or Management Information Systems.
- Certification such as IIBA.
- Experience performing SDLC activities.
- Experience with vendor SOW, SLA, and acceptance criteria.
- Prior work on software development projects.
Salary range: $73,500 - $244,000, plus potential annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday and vacation pay, personal and family sick leave, and more.
