Base pay range

$20.00/hr – $25.00/hr

• Minimum 1 year of experience providing white‑glove end‑user support services.
• Hands‑on experience supporting Windows operating systems on desktops and laptops.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to provide in‑person, hands‑on technical support.

• Experience with Service Now or similar ITSM tools.
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry.

Our client is seeking a skilled PC Refresh Technician to support a large‑scale hardware refresh initiative within their healthcare system. The technician will be responsible for refreshing approximately 20 HP desktop and laptop devices per week over a multi‑month period. This role requires hands‑on, in‑person support and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service in a fast‑paced environment. This role is a 2‑4 month contract.

The pay rate is ranging from $20‑$25/ hour based on experience and skillset.

• Execute PC refresh activities, including imaging, configuration, and deployment of HP desktops and laptops.
• Migrate user data and ensure proper functionality of refreshed devices.
• Provide white‑glove end‑user support during the refresh process to minimize disruption.
• Coordinate with hospital staff to schedule refreshes and maintain workflow continuity.
• Maintain accurate documentation of completed refreshes and update asset management systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues as needed.
• Adhere to organizational security and compliance standards throughout the refresh process.
