A Kforce client in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst specializing in Guidewire Billing Center to work on large-scale initiatives, collaborating with developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
• 4+ years working with Guidewire Insurance Suite
• 3+ years recent and continuous experience with Guidewire Billing Center (v10 preferred; v9 or v8 acceptable)
• Strong knowledge of P&C Insurance;
  Non-standard auto experience preferred
• Proficiency in documenting workflows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Advanced understanding of SDLC and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development)
• Experience with JIRA/Confluence; SQL/data analysis skills
• Nice-to-have:
  Control-M scheduling, Service Now, AWS

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
