As a Shuttle Attendant, you’ll be the onboard expert ensuring smooth operation of advanced autonomous systems while providing outstanding customer service to ensure every rider feels confident and informed while experiencing cutting-edge mobility.

• Create a welcoming environment for passengers, guiding them through their autonomous journey with confidence and clarity.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with riders, answering questions, and explaining autonomous technology in simple terms.
• Interact with the public as an ambassador for Beep and this NAVI program.
• Monitor autonomous vehicle systems and software performance during operations.
• Provide first-level technical support, troubleshoot minor issues, and elevate alerts when necessary.
• Test software changes with a focus on safety and communicating clear feedback.
• Maintain real-time communication with the Beep Command Center to report system status, receive operational updates, and coordinate responses to alerts or incidents.
• Respond to real-time situations and support emergency protocols.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and ensure the vehicle is charged and ready for service.

• Reliable & Calm:

• Safety-Focused:
  Committed to following operational protocols and always ensuring passenger and vehicle safety.
• Valid driver’s license, 5+ years of driving experience, clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Comfortable working outdoors, sitting for long periods, and lifting up to 20 lbs.
