We are seeking an experienced Service Now Developer to design, develop, and support Service Now applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on expertise in Service Now scripting, ITSM processes, and integrations, and will work closely with stakeholders in an Agile/SCRUM environment to deliver scalable solutions.

• Design, develop, and customize Service Now applications using JavaScript, Glide Script, HTML, CSS, and XML
• Configure and support core Service Now modules including ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management
• Create and manage Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer flows, and Service Portal components
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and manage LDAP/Active Directory syncs
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, instance cloning, and regression testing
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions in Agile/SCRUM teams
• Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices, conduct code reviews, and maintain technical documentation
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize platform performance, and provide production support

• 5+ years of hands‑on Service Now development experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Service Now scripting / Glide API, HTML, CSS, XML
• Solid experience with ITSM processes
• Experience developing Service Portal, dashboards, and reports
• Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs
• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
• Good understanding of ITIL framework
